The data the User provides will be processed by Zumbach Electronic AG with registered office in Hauptstrasse 93, CH-2552 Orpund, Switzerland (hereinafter, the “Data Controller”) for the purposes set out in the following point. 2. Purpose of Data Processing
The Data Controller processes the data for the following purpose through the website www.zumbach.com; without prejudice to having to submit the corresponding information before the data can be obtained from the relevant forms:
a. Managing the subject’s participation in the Data Controller’s selection processes.
– Storage time: The data will be stored for two (2) years.
– Legal basis: Subject’s consent.
b. Sending the subject commercial information about the Data Controller’s products and services by post, email and fax.

3. Obligation to Provide Data
The Subject must provide all the information marked as mandatory in the aforementioned data collection forms so that we can, in each case, meet the Subject’s requests.
4. Recipients of Your Data
The Data Controller hires third parties to process the data in order to provide the relevant services. Specifically, the Data Controller has signed agreements with the following service providers:
- Hostpoint as an email provider.
- Hostpoint as a web hosting provider.
- HubSpot for mailings (Newsletter, Campaigns)
Additionally, the Data Controller will communicate the data to the group branch offices and agencies, always for the purpose for which the data was collected:

If, for some reason, it is necessary to communicate said data to third parties, you will be informed beforehand and, when appropriate, your consent will be requested. Additionally, the purpose of the communication, as well as the identity of the third party to whom the data will be sent, will be specified.
The above applies with the exception of the cases in which a legal requirement makes it obligatory to communicate said data to a third party.

Purpose and duration: Used to obtain figures on browsing and for web page analysis. The _gat, _gcl_aw and _gid cookies are valid until the end of the session, _ga cookies will expire in two years’ time.

Users can, at any time, disable or delete the cookies listed through the browser settings’ options used on their end device or interface. Users should note that, if they reject or delete the technical cookies for the web page, we will not be able to maintain their preferences and some features will not be enabled.
